1. What is Club ITC, and how does it work?
Club ITC is a guest loyalty program of ITC Hotels applicable across participating ITC hotels, Welcomhotels, Mementos, Storii, Fortune & WelcomHeritage hotels & ITC Store that offer members recognition, benefits and rewards for stays across participating hotels and purchases through ITC Store. It is a transparent, flexible, easy-to-use, and fully digital frequent guest loyalty program enabling enriching rewarding experiences to its members for over three decades. It facilitates quick earning of Green Points for stays, dining and online shopping along with access to exclusive benefits and privileges. The points earned can be redeemed for a bouquet of experiences and rewards at Participating Hotels & ITC Store.
2. What are the different membership tiers in Club ITC?
Club ITC has 5 tiers of membership - Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Select each of which offers unique benefits. Club ITC Member tier is the first level of membership, followed by Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Select which is our highest tier of membership. You attain the Club ITC Member tier on enrollment and start earning from your very first stay.
3. Who is eligible for Club ITC membership?
The Club ITC membership is open to all individuals who are of majority age in their place of residence. Individuals may enrol onto Club ITC (subject to the acceptance of their enrolment request by ITC). The Programme is not open to employees of ITC Ltd. and its subsidiary companies, Corporations, associations or groups cannot enrol into the Programme.
For Culinaire subscription - Enrolment into the Programme must be in the individual's full legal name, and will be processed only on payment of the prevailing membership fee in INR and on submission of enrollment form online. To enrol click here
4. Is there a membership fee for joining Club ITC?
No, the Club ITC membership is free of cost.
5. How do I enrol in to my Club ITC program?

6. How do I earn Green Points in Club ITC?
Once you become a Club ITC member, you can start earning Green Points each time you stay or dine at a participating Hotels basis your membership tier - Club ITC Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Select members earn Green Points at the rate of 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 8% respectively on eligible spends. Mention your membership number while making a reservation or dining at Participating Hotels
7. How many Green Points do I earn per stay, dining, or spa experience?
Member will earn as per their tier on eligible spends. 1 Green Point is equal to Re 1.
8. What is the upgrade/retention criteria to the Club ITC Silver, Gold or Platinum tier?

11. What all spends are eligible for earning points?
Eligible spends include Hotel Stays, F&B Spends, Spa & Salon, Fabelle, Sleeep Boutique, Food Deliver & Takeaway, Laundry, Mice-W, ITC Store
12. What all spends are ineligible for earning points?
Non- Eligible spends include:
- Non-resident non stay spends settled via Cash
- Taxes, service charges
- Spends paid via Green Points, vouchers and discount codes
- Spends paid via gift certificates
- Tobacco, gratuities and paid outs
- Room charges for bookings made via OTAs
- Crew room rate, ITC/Marriott Employee rates, House use rates
- Delivery charges at www.itcstore.in
- Food orders via third-party channels (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.)
13. Do Green Points expire, and how can I retain them?
- If a member is inactive for consecutive twenty-four (24) months, the accumulated points will expire. This is applicable for all tiers.
- To retain the points, the member must be active by conducting any eligible activity during the calendar year (Earning or Redemption)
14. Where and how can I redeem my Green Points?

Yes, the criteria are reviewed per calendar year.
20. Can I extend my membership benefits to family or friends?
No, the benefits are non- transferrable.
21. Can I transfer or gift my Green points to any other member?
No, Green Points cannot be transferred to any other members.
22. Can my e-vouchers be used by my family or friends? Do I need to be present at the time of using these vouchers?
The vouchers can be used for members only. The member needs to be physically present at the time of using the vouchers. The vouchers cannot be transferred to friends or family members.
23. Is there any capping on number of rooms I can earn points on in a single reservation?
Yes, there is a limit to 9 rooms including the member’s room
24. Will I get points on booking for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events & Wedding?
Yes, Club ITC members can earn points on banquet or conference bookings on eligible spends incurred. On signing the contract for an event, upto 3 membership id’s must be mentioned in the contract to ensure crediting of points. Below is the earning slab:

25. What is the validity of the vouchers?
The validity of the Club ITC vouchers are 6 months from the date of issuance and Culinaire subscription are 12 months from the date of issuance.
26. Can the validity of vouchers be further extended?
No, the validity of the vouchers cannot be extended under any circumstances.
27. How can I check my Green Points balance and transaction history?
Members can check the account details, green point balance and transaction history on the ITC Hotels App and website.
28. What should I do if my Green Points are not credited after a transaction?
Members can raise a - retro claim via ITC Mobile app or website or can send a written request on customer care email id along with the invoice to get the green points credited.
Below are key points to be noted while filing a retro claim:
- Green Points may be earned for eligible stays spends for hotel services completed within thirty (30) days prior to the Club ITC Members enrolment in the Club ITC Program.
- In case of non-credit of Green Points due to any reason for any eligible spends, Club ITC members may claim Green Points for such transactions after 7 days of transaction and within 180 days of transaction at participating hotels.
- There are no retro-claims for ITC store purchases
29. How do I update my contact details or communication preferences?
Members can login to the ITC Hotels website and app and update the required details.
30. How can I merge two Club ITC accounts if I have duplicates?
Members can send a written request on customer care email id (clubitc.care@itchotels.in) to get the duplicate accounts merged
31. How do I contact Club ITC Member Services for assistance?
Club ITC Members can get in touch with the Customer Service Centre at 1800-103-2482 (1800 -103-CITC) (Monday to Friday between 9 am to 5 pm) or clubitc.care@itc.in for more information.
32. What happens to my existing membership, green points, vouchers post blackout period?
For existing Club ITC & Club ITC Culinaire members, please note:
- The membership number and the membership term will remain same.
- For Club ITC members - Tier in the new program are the same as the existing tier.
- For Club ITC Culinaire members – Tier in the new program have been accorded as per their performance between 1st Jan’2024 and 31st Dec’2024 (Club ITC tier rules will apply). For the members who purchased the Club ITC Culinaire membership on or after 1st Jan’2025, the Club ITC tier have been accorded basis their activities between 1st Jan’2025 and 31st Mar’2025.
- The balance Green Points in the member’s account have been migrated to the new program as is.
- The balance active vouchers in the member’s account have been migrated to the new program as is.
- The Eligible nights & spends incurred by the members in the current calendar year (1st Jan ‘2025 onwards) will have been migrated as is.

38. Is the Culinaire subscription valid at WelcomHeritage Hotels? If yes, what are the benefits?
Culinaire subscription is valid at ITC Hotels, Mementoes, Welcomhotel, Storii by ITC Hotels, Sheraton New Delhi & Fortune Hotels.
At WelcomHeritage Hotels, member will not be able to earn and redeem Green Points. However, savings of 20% while dining (on food and beverage) as a non-resident guest (valid for upto 8 guests including the member) will be applicable.
39. Can I add Spouse to the Culinaire subscription plan?
Yes, Spouse can be enrolled at a nominal charge of INR 1000 + applicable taxes per year.
40. Can I add my GSTIN while purchasing the culinaire subscription plan?
Yes, this needs to be filled while submitting the enrolment form. GSTIN cannot be added once enrolment is done.
41. Can I cancel my culinaire subscription plan after enrolment?
- Members wishing to cancel their Club ITC Culinaire subscription plan may do at any time post subscription. However, Subscription amount shall be refunded only if refund request is received via email on clubitc.care@itchotels.in within 30 days from the date of subscription.
- Even if cancellation request is received via email within 30 days from the date of subscription, no refund request shall be honored in case the member (primary or spouse) has consumed any Culinaire value voucher(s) or availed any benefit pertaining to the subscription plan.
- The refund would be made to the same mode through which the payment was initially received. In cases where the Member had paid the membership fee via redemption of Green Points, membership fee will be refunded by crediting back the Green Points. Only in case of inability of refund to original source, ITCHL would endeavor payment through NEFT.
- The refund will be processed within 21 days from the date of refund request (applicable only for refund eligible cases).
- In case a member wishes to cancel their Club ITC Culinaire subscription plan post 30 days of subscription, the entire subscription fee will get forfeited.
- Cancelling of Culinaire subscription does not affect the Club ITC membership tier or the points accrued.
- In case there is a Spouse membership linked with the primary membership being cancelled, the Spouse membership will also stand cancelled automatically.

44. How is my milestone achievement calculated?
To receive milestone benefits, eligible nights or eligible F&B spends should be made in the same calendar year only. Roll-over nights / spends will not be counted towards the milestone benefits.
Please note : For current calendar year (1st January, 2025 to 31st December, 2025) , room nights and spends effective 25th April, 2025 till 31st December, 2025 will be calculated for milestone achievement.
How is my tier performance calculated?
The tier performance of members is calculated basis spends or/and nights incurred during the calendar year.
